Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how old Beautiful Beauties doing business as Across The Table ("StartWise," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the StartWise mobile application (the "App") and any related services.

By using StartWise, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who We Are

StartWise is an application that helps new and aspiring entrepreneurs plan, launch, and organize a business. We are based in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.

  • Company / Operator: Bold Beautiful Beauties doing business as Across The Table
  • Contact email: info@acrossthetable.biz
  • Website: AcrosstheTable.biz

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information. (Confirm each line matches your actual App — delete anything that does not apply.)

a. Information you provide directly

  • Account information: name, email address, and password when you create an account.
  • Profile and business information: details you enter about your business idea, plans, tasks, goals, notes, and other content you create in the App.
  • Communications: information you provide when you contact us for support or feedback.

b. Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: how you interact with the App, features used, and time spent.
  • Device information: device type, operating system version, app version, and general device identifiers.
  • Diagnostics / crash data: error logs and performance data to help us fix problems.

c. Information from third parties

  • If you sign in using a third-party service (e.g., [Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In]), we receive basic profile information (such as name and email) from that provider.

Note: StartWise does not knowingly collect precise location, contacts, photos, financial account numbers, or other sensitive data unless you choose to provide it. (Update this line to reflect reality.)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features;
  • Create and manage your account;
  • Save and sync the business plans and content you create;
  • Respond to your support requests;
  • Improve the App, fix bugs, and develop new features;
  • Send you important service-related messages (such as account or security notices);
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your business content to make decisions about you, and we do not sell your personal information.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share information only in these limited situations:

  • Service providers: Companies that help us run the App (for example, cloud hosting, analytics, and crash reporting). These providers may only use your information to perform services for us. (List your actual providers — see Section 5.)
  • Legal reasons: If required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid government request.
  • Business transfers: If StartWise is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your consent: When you direct us to share information.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. (Keep this only if true — if you run ads, this section must change.)

5. Third-Party Services We Use

 The App loads resources from the following third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy:

  • jsDelivr and unpkg — content delivery networks that serve the App's runtime libraries (React, Babel).
  • Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used in the interface.
    The App does not use analytics, crash reporting, advertising, third-party authentication, cloud data storage, or payment processing. No personal data is transmitted to these services beyond the standard network request information (such as IP address) inherent to loading web content.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers.

6. Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

7. How You Can Delete Your Account and Data

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by:

  • Using the in-app [Settings → Delete Account] option (if available); or
  • Emailing us at infor@acrossthetable.biz with the subject "Delete My Account."

We will verify your request and delete your data as described in Section 6. (Google Play requires this section and a publicly reachable deletion request method — see the checklist.)

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • Access the information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete your information;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at infor@acrossthetable.biz. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

California residents: Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

EU / UK residents: Under the GDPR / UK GDPR, our legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract (to provide the App), your consent, our legitimate interests (to improve and secure the App), and compliance with legal obligations.

9. Children's Privacy

StartWise is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at infor@acrossthetable.biz and we will delete it. (If your App is in any way directed to children, this section and your Play Console settings must change — tell me if so.)

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, such as encryption in transit and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your country. Where required, we take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top and, for significant changes, provide a more prominent notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

13. Contact Us

If you have questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or your information, contact us:

  • Email: info@acrossthetable.biz
  • Mailing address: 4602 N 16th Street, Phoenix, AZ]

This document is a template provided for convenience and does not constitute legal advice. Privacy laws vary by jurisdiction and change over time. Consider having a qualified attorney review this policy before publishing, especially if your app collects sensitive data, serves children, or runs advertising.
