This Software License Agreement governs your use of the Entrepreneur Blueprint software and content. It protects the original system created by Across the Table.
Ownership. All rights, title, and interest in the App — including its source code, design, the Blueprint curriculum, its stage structure, worksheets, written lessons, copy, and visual identity — are and remain the exclusive property of Bold and Beautiful Beauties.
Limited license. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own business use only. No other rights are granted by implication.
Prohibited conduct
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App.
- Copying or replicating workflows, templates, structure, or system logic.
- Reselling, sublicensing, white-labeling, or redistributing the App or its content.
- Extracting content to create a competing or derivative product.
- Removing watermarks, attribution, or proprietary notices.
Proprietary protection. Our methodology and content are protected as trade secrets and original works of authorship.
Enforcement & DMCA. Unauthorized use is a material breach and may result in termination, injunctive relief, and damages. To report infringement, contact info@acrossthetable.biz.
Trademark. "Across the Table" and the Entrepreneur Blueprint name and logo are trademarks of Bold and Beautiful Beauties.
