This Software License Agreement governs your use of the Grow & Thrive software and content. It protects the original system created by Across the Table.
Ownership. All rights, title, and interest in the App — including its source code, design, the Grow & Thrive planning models, ratio guides, written lessons, copy, and visual identity — are and remain the exclusive property of Bold and Beautiful Beauties.
Limited license. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own business use only. No other rights are granted by implication.
Prohibited conduct
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App.
- Copying or replicating workflows, templates, structure, or system logic.
- Reselling, sublicensing, white-labeling, or redistributing the App or its content.
- Extracting content to create a competing or derivative product.
- Removing watermarks, attribution, or proprietary notices.
Proprietary protection. Our methodology and content are protected as trade secrets and original works of authorship.
Enforcement & DMCA. Unauthorized use is a material breach and may result in termination, injunctive relief, and damages. To report infringement, contact info@acrossthetable.biz.
Trademark. "Across the Table" and the Grow & Thrive name and logo are trademarks of Bold and Beautiful Beauties.
