This Privacy Policy explains what Bold and Beautiful Beauties, doing business as Across the Table ("Across the Table," "we," "us") collects when you use the CreditHoy app, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: your data is yours, only you can see it, and we never sell it.
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address and password. Passwords are encrypted; we cannot see them.
- Agreement record — the date and version of the Terms and Privacy Policy you agreed to, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
- Your app data — your tasks, scorecard results, opened vendors, saved affirmations, and anything you enter into the trackers.
- Mobile number — only if you opt in to SMS reminders, along with the date you consented.
- Membership status — your email, plan name, and whether your membership or trial is active, received from our checkout partner when you subscribe.
- Help requests — what you write when you use Get help in the App, so we can answer you.
- App activity — a few named moments, such as opening the App or finishing a task, with no content attached. We use these to improve the App.
- Basic technical logs — our hosting and database providers keep standard security logs (such as IP address and time of request) to keep the service running and safe.
What we never collect. We never ask for your Social Security or tax ID number, bank or card account numbers, financial logins, or credit reports. Payments are processed by our checkout partner; we never see your card details. Please do not enter sensitive numbers into the app's trackers or notes.
How we use it. To run your account, save and sync your data, provide your free trial and membership, send reminders you opt into, answer support requests, keep the App secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who can see your data. Only you. Each account can access only its own data. Across the Table views account data only to help you when you ask, to protect the service, or when required by law.
Across the Table Hub. Your email, which of our apps you use, your plan and purchase history, the help requests you send, and a few named moments in the App (such as "finished a task") are shared with the Across the Table Hub, our central account system, so you can see all your apps, purchases and help requests in My Business Hub on acrossthetable.biz. What you type into the App is not shared.
Service providers. We use trusted providers, under contract, to operate CreditHoy: Supabase (database and sign-in), Netlify (app hosting), Stan (checkout and billing), Zapier (connecting your purchase to your account), and Resend (sending password-reset emails). If you opt in to texts, a messaging provider delivers them. These providers may process data in the United States.
SMS / text messaging. If you opt in, your number is used solely to send Across the Table reminders and affirmations. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Reply STOP anytime to opt out. See the SMS Terms.
Retention
- We keep your data while your account is open.
- If your trial or membership is cancelled and you don't sign in for 12 months, we may delete the account.
- When you delete your account, your account and data are removed right away; backup copies expire within 30 days.
- We may keep limited purchase records (email, plan, dates) as required for billing, tax, and legal purposes.
Security. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, each account is isolated from every other account, and administrative accounts use two-step sign-in. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.
Your rights & choices
- See and download your data anytime in the app: More → Your data & privacy → Download my data.
- Delete your account and data anytime in the app (More → Your account → Delete my account), or email info@acrossthetable.biz.
- Correct your information or ask any privacy question by emailing info@acrossthetable.biz. We respond within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights. We honor them, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
Age requirement. CreditHoy is only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy. If we make important changes, we will let you know in the App and ask you to review and agree again before continuing.
