Welcome to CreditHoy, offered by Bold and Beautiful Beauties, doing business as Across the Table ("Across the Table," "we," "us," "Company"). By accessing or using this application (the "App"), you ("you," "User") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Purchases, free trial & membership
Some memberships begin with a free trial. When a free trial is offered, the length is shown on the App's page and at checkout (currently 14 days), and it applies to monthly and annual memberships only.
To start a trial, you enter a payment method at checkout with our checkout partner, Stan. You are not charged during the trial.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid membership begins automatically when the trial ends. The payment method you gave at checkout is then charged the plan price shown at checkout, and charged again each month or each year, depending on your plan, until you cancel.
To avoid being charged, cancel before your trial ends. You can cancel by emailing info@acrossthetable.biz, or through Stan where that option is available to you. Please allow one business day for an email request.
One-time purchases do not include a trial and are charged in full at checkout.
Membership pricing, billing, renewal, and refunds are handled at checkout under the terms shown there. You may cancel at any time; cancelling stops future charges, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. When a membership ends, access to the App ends, and your saved data is kept as described in the Privacy Policy so you can pick up where you left off if you rejoin.
1. License to use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own business purposes. You receive no ownership rights of any kind.
2. What you may not do
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying logic of the App.
- You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or replicate our workflows, checklists, templates, phase structure, scripts, or vendor curation.
- You may not resell, sublicense, rent, redistribute, or replicate the system or any part of its logic, in whole or in part.
- You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, watermark, or proprietary notice.
- You may not use the App to build, train, or inform a competing product or service.
3. Our intellectual property
The App, its content, design, methodology, the "Blueprint" framework, phase system, approval scripts, curated vendor directory, affirmations selection, and all related materials are the exclusive property of Bold and Beautiful Beauties and are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law.
4. Educational purpose & no guarantee
The App provides educational information only. We are not a lender, bank, credit-repair organization, financial advisor, attorney, or accountant. We do not guarantee funding, credit approval, or any specific result. See the Disclaimer for details.
5. Accounts & conduct
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the App lawfully. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account and any third-party accounts you open. Do not enter Social Security numbers, account numbers, or passwords into the App.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the App, or by emailing info@acrossthetable.biz. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Across the Table is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on the App.
8. Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. If we make important changes, we will notify you in the App and ask you to agree again before continuing. Questions? info@acrossthetable.biz.
