These terms govern the Across the Table reminder text-message program for SOS Permit Assistant. They are written to align with TCPA and carrier (A2P 10DLC) requirements.
Program description. When you opt in, you will receive recurring automated text messages containing optional permit status updates to your customers, and alerts to your team.
Consent. By providing your number and checking the consent box, you give express written consent to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency & cost. Message frequency varies (typically up to one message per day). Message and data rates may apply per your mobile plan.
Opt-out & help. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@acrossthetable.biz.
Carriers & eligibility. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be the account holder or have authorization for the number, and be 18 or older.
